Grading Property for Homesite with Bobcat T190 (Part 1)

I am building my own house from the ground up with mostly my own hands. (http://www.buildingourhome.com) I am documenting my owner builder experience and offering up some how to’s and maybe some how NOT to’s on my blog.

In this video, my friends dad is helping me doing some grading with a Bobcat T190 on tracks. We used it to remove trees and cut down into the hill where I wanted to put my house.
