I agree with the ‘swollen melons’ comment about Jeff’s Biceps. He practically bulges out of his polo shirt. Even the talkshow host Stuart MacD. seems to be taken aback by their size. They’ve got to be a thick 20-21 inch pair of arms.

Jeff is a great guy. He has the ideal physique every man wants. I met him at an expo a few years back. Let me tell you HE’S HUGE. His biceps alone are like a pair of swollen melons-you can’t help but stare at them.

Jeff is working with a video production company on a documentary about Max OT training. He trained TV producer Stuart MacDonald for 18 weeks to see ‘what would happen’ unsing max ot. You have to see this documentary.
